  • Problem with using the online order-form...
    1) how to know whether your credit card has been charged and whether your online order has gone through properly
        IMPORTANT: If your order was greater than $250, it will be held pending approval, which usually takes between 2 to 24 hours!
    2) what to do if your online order did not go through or if your credit card is being rejected


    1) How to know whether your credit card has been charged and whether your online order has gone through properly:
    When you submit an online order, the only way that the order has gone through is if the final webpage shows you an online invoice containing your ordering data (product, total, name, address, phone, etc.). If, for whatever reason, you did NOT see that invoice page, then your online order did NOT go through and your credit card was NOT charged. (In fact, some browsers, especially older ones, are not compatible with our online ordering system, and as a result sometimes when people are submitting their order or clicking the confirmation button, they are either led to a "file not found" webpage or, occasionally, the user may be booted off the Internet.) But, again, WHATEVER the reason, if you did not see that ordering data, then the order did not go through and your credit card was not charged. EXCEPTION: If your order was greater than $250, it will be held pending approval, which usually takes between 2 to 24 hours.

    2) What to do if your online order did not go through, or if your credit card is being rejected:
    If, for whatever reason, you are not successful in placing your order online, you should:
    i.) Make sure that your credit card is adequately funded, and be sure that you are typing in the correct credit card numerals. You may need to try a different credit card.
    ii.) Make sure that your credit card has not expired, and be sure that you are typing in the expiration date in correct month-year format (e.g., 0508).
    iii.) Or, instead, place your order with the 24-hour ordering line (800-589-1022); or order by check or money order (see ordering page for details).
