How do I find software in the SuperCenter?

Every page has links -- in the left-hand column. Click on the desired software title link in the list.

And when you reach a software webpage, you'll have access to the same links as well as links to information related to the specific software of interest.

Do you have demos?

For most of our software, we have online demos that offer you quick-to-use, yet in-depth, descriptions and screenshots. No waiting!

How can you sell the software so inexpensively?

We buy in large quantities. And we have a huge number of customers (which means we're able to keep prices down because we sell a lot). And we maintain very low overhead. Basically, we use the same "superstore" approach used by leading retailers like WalMart...and the more successful we are, the more we can afford to give our customers. That's why we're able to undersell every other major software store by at least $20.

Do you have any specials?

We have one site-wide special in addition to several special offers for particular products.

Our current site-wide special is this:  Buy more than one product and take an additional $5 off IMMEDIATELY for every additional product!! (For instance, buy 2 products and take $5 off; buy 3 products and take $10 off.)

Do you carry ALL writer's software products?

We only carry those programs that we feel are worth the price for our customers. You won't be wasting your money when you buy from us.

Do you carry MAC products?

We carry mostly Windows-compatible products, but one of our products is MAC-compatible as well as Windows compatible: Power Structure.

How do I order?

You can order any of our products using either credit card, check, or money order.

To order via credit card you can either:

1.) use our secure online order-form (accessed from the ORDER/PRICE LIST page); or

2.) call our toll-free ordering number.

If mailing payment, be sure to include your name, address, email address, phone number, and, if via credit card, your credit card number and expiration date.  Also state which product you are ordering, indicate whether you want it mailed or downloaded, and specify WIN or MAC.  And remember, if you wish it mailed to you, add $8 (there's no fee for downloads). (NOTE: The only CD that is shipped to locations outside of the U.S. is StyleWriter.  For any other foreign orders, you need to order the download rather than CD of the desired product, since all products can be downloaded from anywhere in the world.)

Can I order downloads via phone, or do I have to use the online order-form for download orders?

You can order downloads via phone or online -- it makes no difference.  Either way, you will be sent download instructions in your email.  Of course you can also order CDs (physical products) via either phone or online order-form.

How do I download your software programs?

Downloading is a quick and easy process. Shortly after you order your product, you will be sent instructions in your email. The instructions will tell you what webpage to go to, which is where you'll find the download link. Then just click the download link, specify that you want it saved to your hard drive, and in a few moments you will have the software file in your computer!

What warranties and tech support do you offer?

We always carry the most up-to-date versions of all our products; and all products come with the full warranties and tech support of their manufacturers as well as our own highly acclaimed support! (And we do NOT carry any products that we feel offer inadequate warranties or questionable tech support.)

I placed an order a few hours ago, and I have not received any confirmation in my email. Is there a problem?

If you have placed an order but have NOT received any order confirmation in your email after waiting a few hours (normally receipts should arrive sooner), we have a special order-confirmation procedure to ensure that your order was received..  (See item #2 on the Support page for details.)

I received the email receipt confirming my purchase, but the download/product seems to be delayed. What can I do?

(First, if you ordered a download, be sure to check the download link contained at the top of the receipt itself.  This may direct you to your download.)
